Site dewatering and sewage transfer for a construction contractor
Stainless steel vortex sewage pumps and cutting-impeller pumps for excavation dewatering and site welfare sewage.

The challenge
A contractor needed to keep foundation excavations dry and move sewage from temporary site welfare facilities. Water carried sand, cement fines and debris, and the pumps had to run unattended through night shifts.
Our solution
We supplied V1300D and V2200 stainless steel vortex pumps for dewatering, and WQD10 cutting-impeller pumps with automatic float switches for the welfare sewage pits. Lifting handles and long cables simplified repositioning as excavation advanced.
The result
The vortex impellers passed sand and debris without clogging, and float-switch control removed the need for operators to watch the pits overnight.
